How do I earn points?
You earn 5 points for every £1 you spend. You also earn bonus points for creating an account (500), referring friends (1,000), following us on social media (50 each), joining the mailing list (100), and attending events (1,000).
Do my points expire?
No. Your lifetime points never expire and always count towards your tier. Your spendable balance only goes down when you redeem rewards.
What's the difference between lifetime points and balance?
Lifetime points determine your tier and never decrease. Your balance is what you can spend on rewards — it goes down when you redeem and up when you earn.
How do permanent discounts work?
Once you reach V.I.P tier (2,501 pts), you unlock a permanent 3% discount on all orders. This increases to 5% at Backstage and 10% at Artist Pass. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and makes their first purchase, you get 1,000 points and they get the 500-point signup bonus.
Can I lose my tier?
No. Tiers are based on lifetime points earned, which never go down. Once you've earned your way up, you stay there.
